🏡 The Home This is our personal home, and we host guests when we are away. The house is thoughtfully furnished, well maintained, and set up for comfortable short and mid-term stays. A few personal items are stored in locked cabinets and a separate fridge. There are no shared spaces. The occupant help manage the property and are available in case of emergencies, offering added peace of mind. ⸻ 💦 A quick note: The property sits on a large lot with lots of grass and vegetation, so the irrigation system runs each morning at 6:00 AM. You may briefly hear the pump (located in crawl space beneath main floor) from the kitchen/living area as it pressurizes the sprinklers, this is normal and not a mechanical issue. If the noise affects your stay, especially if someone is sleeping in the living room, just message me and I can have the irrigation switched off for your stay.

House Rules

1. Hot Tub: Please be gentle with the spa cover and place back on after each use. No glass or drinks near or on the spa. Do not use soaps or oils and use the spa at your own risk. 2. Game Room: Keep drinks and food away from the pool table. Do not attempt to move the table. 3. Additional Guests: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. 4. Pets: House-trained pets are welcome inside but must remain with you. Upon approval, there's a $60 daily charge per pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. 5. No Shoes Policy: No shoes inside the home. Please place shoes on the provided rack upon entry. 6. Smoking: No smoking inside the house, including vaping and e-cigarettes. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. 7. Parties or Events: Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, regardless of size. Keep noise levels down after 10pm to respect neighbors. Any notices from the city would result in a min. $1000 fine. 8. Hot tub/Fire Pit/Ping Pong hours: The hot tub, fire pit and ping pong are open for outdoor relaxation until 10pm, providing a tranquil setting with minimal noise and no amplified music. After this time, we respectfully request that guests relocate their gatherings indoors to uphold the peaceful ambiance of the neighborhood, as sound carries easily. 9. Damages to Property: Report any damages or breakages promptly. Guests are responsible for damages exceeding cleaning charges and will be reported to Airbnb. 10. Waiver of Claims: Guests agree to waive any claims against the Owner for accidents or medical conditions arising from their use of amenities or the hot tub.
