The suite opens to a private patio with a fire table and a hot tub, ideal for relaxing after skiing, biking, or hiking. 🛏️ Room by Room Description 🛏️ Master bedroom: Queen bed with direct backyard access, lots of natural light, and privacy. Second bedroom: Queen bed with views of the property front, bright and airy. Third bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests. The living area features a comfortable lounge and a dining table for six. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, while the patio also includes a hot tub, dining area and BBQ for outdoor entertaining. Guests can mark their home countries on the wall-mounted world map—a fun way to track travels. 🚗 Getting Around Grouse Mountain is minutes away for year-round activities, from skiing and snowboarding to the bike park and hiking trails. Downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park are just 20 minutes away, giving you easy access to the best of the city and the mountains.

🕒 Early check-in / Late checkout requests - it can be accommodated based on the availability of our cleaning crew. A typical fee of $80 per request applies to adjust the schedule. 🏡 For longer-term stays, we’re happy to discuss options to make your stay comfortable. 🐾 Pets – We warmly welcome house-trained dogs to join you. Prior to booking, please reach out to us to discuss bringing your furry companion along on your stay. Upon approval, there's a $60 daily charge per pet. 🔔 You may occasionally hear us stepping upstairs. You might hear some light ticking in the walls — that’s just the furnace working to keep the place warm and cozy. 🔥 The interior fireplace is currently out of commission and must not be used. 🔔 Like many homes in North Vancouver, you might notice the occasional silverfish or spider — a small reminder that you’re close to nature.

#1- Damages to Property Report any damages or breakages promptly. Guests are responsible for damages exceeding cleaning charges and will be reported to Airbnb. #2 – Number of Guests Ensure the total number of guests matches your booking. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. #3 – Check-Out is 10 AM Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 10 AM to prepare the suite for the next guests. Please plan to check out on time. #4 – Lights & Heating Please turn off all lights and heating when you leave the suite each day and upon check-out. #5 – No Smoking Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property. Additional cleaning fees will apply if the suite smells of smoke. #6 – Pets Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Please reach out before bringing a pet. #7 – Noise & Neighbors We live upstairs; occasional footsteps may be heard. Please be respectful of our quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. #8 – Hot Tub Use No food or drinks are allowed in the hot tub to keep it clean and safe for all guests. Please do not use soap or lotion and replace cover after each use. #9 - Waiver of Claims: Guests agree to waive any claims against the Owner for accidents or medical conditions arising from their use of amenities or the hot tub.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The space was bright, spacious, and cozy, with access to a lovely grassy yard and a hot tub facility that made the experience even more relaxing. The location was excellent — very close to major attractions like Grouse Mountain and Capilano Suspension Bridge, making it convenient to explore North Vancouver. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities and utilities for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout our visit. They were always available to answer questions or provide support regarding the unit or house rules. Highly recommended for anyone planning to spend time in North Vancouver, especially if you want easy access to nearby attractions and a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. Nothing much:)
